Reporting Damages
Upon delivery, carefully inspect your shipment for any visible damage to the products or packaging. Immediately note any observed damage or missing items clearly on the delivery receipt provided by the carrier.
Steps for Reporting Damaged Products:
For store pickups or in-store purchases, please contact our store directly:

For orders placed online, please follow these steps:
Inspect your entire shipment thoroughly.
Note any damages on the Proof of Delivery (POD) or Bill of Lading (BOL).
Provide your order number.
Provide your contact phone number.
Capture clear images of the damage (JPEG or PDF format).
Recommended: wide-angle photos showing all damage clearly, close-ups, and images from multiple angles.
Include a detailed count of damaged pieces or boxes.
Important:
Inspect your entire order carefully, as we can process only one damage claim per order.
Do not discard any damaged products or packaging until instructed by German Flooring™.
Submit all documentation and images promptly via email to: sales@germanflooring.com
After submitting your claim, our customer service team will contact you via email or phone to confirm receipt and discuss next steps.
